Chris Horrocks B.Sc FBCS

Chris’ role within America’s Whistle is to design and oversee creation of the proprietary, secure, information system upon which the organization will operate. On going he will monitor the operation of the system paying particular attention to protection and security and the rigorous limitations of access.

Chris has enjoyed a career as a General Management Executive, a Vice President and CIO as well as a Partner with Booz.Allen, Senior Partner with Arthur Young, Coopers & Lybrand and CSC. He has worked across most industries including High Technology, Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, Manufacturing and Distribution with clients in Europe, South America and the United States.

For the last nine years he has run his own consulting company concentrating in the business and IT opportunities in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

While he was a Senior Partner in Arthur Young in Chicago he managed the practice of assisting a number of Aerospace and Defense firms in their responses to DCAA regulatory compliance issues

He was one of the two principals of a California based high-tech software firm for seven years.

When he moved here from England he became a Vice President in Martin Marietta for about five years.

He has a degree from London in Physics and Math and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
