BOARD OF ADVISORS Stephen Page was born in London, England. Stephen joined British Telecom’s Executive Management Program in 1971. After completing BT’s three-year Executive Management Program, he worked in the firm's “DATEL” division to provide London's financial district with worldwide data communication services. Mr. Page joined Sperry Univac, Federal Systems Division in 1974 and served the American Armed Forces in top-secret computer installations throughout Europe. In 1978, he joined Itel International to establish the firm's European operations and transferred to Itel, U.S.A. in 1979. During 1979, Mr. Page was recruited by Central Bank to re-engineer the bank's back-office Information Technology and Transaction Processing operations. Mr. Page directed the consolidation of RepublicBank of Dallas’ statewide operations from 1980 to 1981. In 1981, he founded Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd. – a senior level executive search firm. The firm worked on a retained basis to identify senior executives to lead key practices and/or geographies within the best managed, most profitable, global professional services firms and technology companies. During the period 1981-2003, Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd. contributed significantly to the successful expansion of firm management capabilities within consulting, legal and technology firms. Principal consulting firms served include: A.T. Kearney, Inc.; Ernst & Young; Booz-Allen & Hamilton; PricewaterhouseCoopers and Scient. Global and national law firms served include: Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, Jones, Day and Baker & Botts. Additional technology clients served include Cisco and several of Silicon Valley’s most prominent VC firms. Stephen’s practice focused on the identification of leaders for professional services and technology firms and CEO’s for VC firm’s portfolio companies. During fiscal year 2000, (operating offices in Dallas, Washington, New York and London), Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd. was recognized as a top 30 US based executive search firm by Kennedy Information, Inc, publisher of The Directory of Executive Recruiters. During 2003, Mr. Page founded bpmx LLC to commercialize and monetize transaction-processing platforms within large companies. Mr. Page received degrees in both Mathematics and Telecommunications as part of British Telecom's Executive Management Program from Merton University in Surrey, England. He completed Harvard Business School’s inaugural Leadership in Professional Service Firms program. Mr. Page has been a board member of UCP Dallas, The Shakespeare Festival of Dallas, and The Sammons Center for the Arts. Stephen is currently a board member of The First Tee of Dallas and TITAS. Stephen’s wife Kathi is a writer, producer and director of television commercials.
