CORPORATE CRIME – COLLATERAL DAMAGE In addition to these six corporations, over 500 other corporations had criminal cases brought against them by the Federal and State Government. Corporate Crime affects more people in America than any other crime. Corporate crime not only affects those directly involved, it also causes massive collateral damage. It causes hundreds of thousands of innocent hard-working people within these companies to lose their jobs, their pensions and retirement.
